Hired Galloway to replace pumps/filter and install a cover. Took them nearly a year to “complete”. Left an absolute mess. They started with the new pumps and filters prior to the cover install resulting in a bunch of debris/rocks/mortar/tile/sand to be pulled through the new filters and pumps. Can’t be good for brand new equipment.. very poor planning. The tile/brick work was a disaster and still is. Never finished tile work around the skimmers and left globs of mortar/concrete material that’s now stuck to the plaster. The jet nozzles also mysteriously disappeared while they were working on the cover, never replaced. Eventually, it was just good to see them go. Never corrected anything, pathetic quality of work for such an expensive job. Never again.

Great family business! We have been using them almost 5+ years for all of our cleanings, openings, and closings. As new pool owners, they were very patient with us. Definitely would recommend!! :)

They have been maintaining our 50,000 gallon pool for years. It’s a challenge because it gets leaves in it often and our well water has algae in lines sometimes. Our pool is alway sparkling clean. I have checked prices and they are the most reasonable. Especially since they drive half way to bishop to service our pool.

The Ranches have used Galloway Pools for fountain and pool service needs for years and years. They maintain pools and fountains at the various divisions in Texas. They have remodeled pools built in the 1950's and 1970's, designed and constructed a new pool, and they perform the related maintenance for same. We have been more than pleased with the Galloway family and their dedicated associates. Over the years, with any long-term service relationship with any vendor, some sort of issue or problem is bound to occur. This vendor quickly resolved any concern or problem very quickly and without delay. We highly recommend this vendor for any size pool or fountain project in South Texas. "Service after the sale" has always been excellent and their construction services are beyond reproach.

I contacted Craig twice by phone and by email. I believe they did not complete fill job. We paid to complete the job.
