Galpin Aston Martin

You cannot trust Galpin Aston Martin by their word ... or their 150+ point used car inspection. I picked up a used AM Vantage. Upon delivery the salesperson gave me the spare keys but never showed them to work. At home I discovered that the spare remote had no battery in it. When I put in a new battery the vehicle's horn started honking from the car's immobilizer system. Nothing worked. Took many trips back to Galpin and they finally said it would be $1700 ... for a remote that they supposedly checked to be in working order! Somebody knew it was not working or else it would have had a battery in it. Regional Aston Martin was of no real help as they have no control over their dealers and Galpin management just blew it off as if it was my fault. Found a reputable locksmith who found the remo

My experience with Galpin was extremely pleasant. They make you feel like family and will not hesitate to assist you with anything. The brand manager of Aston Martin, Ivan was especially helpful. He's a great representative for the company and can aid you in the drop of a hat. He lead me to the vault and helpful is an understatement. Went to look at an Aston Martin DB12. As I was entering the showroom past the reception, a guy came down the stairs in a blue suit. Ivan took us upstairs where the Aston Martin cars were. He kept talking about how the engine and technology was a Mercedes-Benz AMG. I asked him why I should buy an Aston Martin if the engine and technology was Mercedes-Benz? Shouldn't I just buy a Mercedes-Benz? He couldn't answer the question. I went home and did some research and realized that AMG a company owned by Mercedes-Benz does lots of performance design work for many car manufacturers but Aston Martin only sources their engine block from AMG. Then I read the reviews for Galpin and saw how there's quite a few reviews about Ivan. I found his Instagram account and saw his videos about Aston Martin.

Purchased 2 DBX’s and a Defender V8 Edition from them and will continue to do business with them. I always recommend my friends and family to this dealer. They will go above and beyond to satisfy your requests. They will make the impossible possible. They are also the only dealer that still takes care of you after you purchase your car. IMO, they tend to give the best deals for luxury cars compared to other dealers.

My experience in Galpin Aston Martin was excellent. I worked with Moe. You definitely want to ask for him. He’s very nice and knowledgeable and helpful. Before, during and after the sale. A very cool aspect to this dealership is that they have a James Bond vault with a beautiful lounge and of course many Aston Martin cars to choose from. I love my car. How can you not love an Aston Martin! Again, the qualities of staff at the Galpin Aston Martin was significantly great. Moe is the best. So is the sales manager and the other staff. Very very nice people.
