Had 2 separate wasps nests 1 in a hedge and one in our fascia on the 2nd floor of our house. The one in our house was so big that when my son warmed his car in the morning they would swarm and cover his headlights its was the creepiest thing I had ever seen… Augie was recommended by an associate of mine and he was wonderful right from the start of the conversation, they use a simple text system to schedule appointments and text you when they are on their way. He took the time to check the interior of the house to see if they had made their way into the framing explained how wasps worlds work and was very clear on his plan of how he was going to handle the situation especially since the nest in the house was so big. If I could rate this company on a scale of 1–10, it would be an 11. I called on Thursday, received a quote by Friday, and the work began on Monday — incredibly prompt and efficient. This is a family-owned business, and Augie, one of the owners, personally came out to help his tech, Justin (who I also can’t say enough great things about). That level of involvement and care impressed me. Katelyn was great & fun to work with too. It would be an understatement to say I’m happy with their service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of rodent control services.

When living in a rural area and old farmhouse, you expect to see a mouse or two. We called Gamelli's over the holidays (just before Christmas) because we realized it was more than just one or two and Gamelli's went above and beyond. They were able to get someone out last minute to discuss our issue, do a consult, and start treatment before the New Year. They were great with explaining everything including follow up and maintenance plans and helped us choose the best option for our situation without any hard up-sell.
