We contacted Bill about doing some work at our new cabin in Park Falls. Out of all the contractors he responded the quickest and was the first to meet with us about our work needs. After going over what we wanted he got back to us with an estimate quickly and even included pictures. We are very happy with the end product and will be using him again for an addition we plan on starting this spring.

Bill created an addition (bedroom suite) that looks 100% like it was always there: completely seamless inside and out. Bill is quite creative, has great communication and came in on budget. We were lucky to get him for this project and would hire him again.

Bill was very professional, very easy to work with and very straight forward with every aspect of our master bed & bath addition. If we weren't sure what to do with some parts of the project, Bill had really good ideas to keep the process moving forward. We would highly recommend Bill for his overall knowledge, from excavation to the finishing touches.

Bill Gannon’s construction company has been such a blessing for us. He has worked for us in three different capacities. The first was to do some landscaping in front of our up north home to make it easier for us to get up the hill from the lake. He did a marvelous job! He went above and beyond by adding his own artistic judgement using boulders from our own land. The second job was to replace an outside door. Once again, Bill did a wonderful job! Gannon Construction built a garage for us this summer. We couldn't be happier with the stress free process and end result. Bill was very communicative with us every step of the way. Pricing was transparent. The garage came in on budget and was completed within the time frame we were given. The job site was kept clean and tidy. Materials were covered with tarps to protect against rain damage. We will definitely hire Gannon Construction for future projects.
