03.04.2026. Due to construction in garage C, all other garages are completely full. Recommend for now to park off airport and either take a shuttle or public transport... Positive note: unlike previous years, they avoided both the holiday and the vacation season, so there's that.

Went with my dad to drop my sister and brother in law off and this place is so chaotic. There was so much traffic and so many people just stopping in the middle of the road to let people out of the cars. It was even worse trying to get out once you pulled over. My dad had a handicap placard and we were able to pull into that stop, but no one would let us back out after my sister and her husband got out We had to force our way out 🤦‍♀️

I used the "Cell Phone Parking" lot while picking up an arriving friend. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to doing it again. Perks: it's free. There's a soda machine if you get thirsty while you wait (but no restroom). There are large arrival boards showing arrivals by terminal (though I used the excellent PHL airport webpage since I didn't know the terminal letter for the airline). Caveats: 30 minute parking only, and you cannot leave your vehicle unattended. Both limits seem reasonable to me.

Stay outta stairwell smells like male urine lol use elevator instead. Otherwise felt safe walking there

There seem to be lights indicating where spaces are free but I haven't ever seen them work. Arrive early and expect to drive in endless loops trying to find an open spot.
