It was nearly completely full on a Saturday afternoon but I still managed to find a spot. Safe and well lit for when you arrive back to your car at night.

Nice place. Pretty clean. I like that it has the number of spots available at the entrance. It’s close to the Hudson waterfront. Prices are decent.

Great place to park overnight when visiting or staying in Manhattan. The PATH station is a short walk to go into Manhattan. There is security on-site. Plenty of large parking spaces. If you have tried to park a luxury car or somewhat large SUV in Manhattan, you know it can be a hassle. Garages will always charge extra and many will turn you away, even when you have a reservation. This is a great place to park yourself and the rates are 1/2 to 1/3 of Manhattan garages for overnight parking.

Called ahead, told him I would be getting there at midnight and what would the pricing be if I was to check out by 12:00 noon and I was told $28. When I arrived at exactly this time and was actually checking out at closer to 10:30 the machine charged me $48. I spoke to the woman there and was told to staying during these times would cost me $28, that's why I went to this garage. The woman was very unpleasant, didn't care that I'd spoken to someone already, and said "Nobody should have told you any prices, we don't quote prices. " I had no choice but to pay it, but I would never stay there again.

We had a roof rack on the car. Wasn't 100% sure how tall we were but we made it through the first gate. Then we realized the first gate was not the lowest point in the garage. I was able to remove the roof rack in the garage, but seems very odd that the height limit device upon entering wasn't low enough for us to figure out we were too tall. Max height of garage: 6'3".
