Garage Door Doctor

It would be great if the would provide the services that are paid for. Paid $25k for a deposit and never received what we paid for! Contacted the authorities and the police department got involved. Kai then promised to give us the garage doors, so charges were dropped. Now he has yet to deliver the doors... do not give this company your money. They do not deliver! They may once, but as soon as they earn your trust they will steal from you like everyone else.

Kai came out to fix a broken door & consult on the health of all 3 garages. In addition to fixing the door we ended up changing the springs on two also. Excellent service - prompt, flexible, knowledgeable & super nice. He was also nice enough to help me switch a few cars between garages after we got all if them repaired v& updated. Highly recommend!!

Last week one of the springs on my Garage door broke and the door could not be opened. Not sure of who I should call I settled on Kai at Garage Door Doctor in Heathsville, VA. Kai had other appointments that day and was able to fit me in between and showed up in just a few hours. He replaced the broken spring with one he had, so I could use the garage. He ordered the new parts that were need and was here the very Next Day and got it all fix! Oh, and he was going to be a few minutes late and he called and told me. That's a big A+ in my book! I am so pleased I went with him. He was prompt and very knowledgeable, not to mention a really nice fella. I highly recommend!

Very pleasant young man, answered all my questions and fixed all of my issues. He was patient, knowledgeable and seemed interested in making sure his customer was satisfied and tried cutting the cost where possible. I would highly recommend him for your garage repairs. My doors are functioning and I am very pleased.

Kai was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and on time. I would highly recommend.
