David R. Did great! Explained the whole process on why the garage door fell & what repairs he made. Showed me my options on what I needed and the pricing. I went with the more economical choice due to my budget. But over all his work was great.

The service definitely received an A PLUS rating!!! I became very concerned with the level of kindness he displayed because I thought he was prepping me for a massive bill!!! I had just paid another technician the previous weekend prior to perform the same job and the door practically collapsed after three days. Jace, was outwardly friendly. I had 2 issues. 1 roller was missing and the door wasn’t touching the floor. He gave me a couple of options to fix my missing roller. He said that he would ultimately recommend replacing my entire garage door.costing over 3 grand. I let him know that I was simply house sitting and I wasn’t going to replace the door. I picked the higher option of the 2 to service the door costing $514.00. I stayed and watched him the majority of the time as he pointed out many flaws in the door Urging me to buy another door. I recently used the Garage Door Doctor and I definitely went into the appointment with apprehension. I must admit setting up the appointment went flawlessly. However, there was a slight issue with the technician coming within my selected appointment window and also the correct technician (I still don't understand what happened with the original tech/Eric M). Had a great experience. Called and scheduled a same day appointment. Travis my technician called ahead of time and told me approximately what time he would be here. Explained my options and recommended replacement of my outdated parts for new ones with warranty. He immediately started working once I gave him the approval. Took his shoes off when going through the house because of rain. Well mannered young man. I would recommend this company if you need your garage working ASAP
