Dustin came out same day (end of day actually!) and quickly assessed a loose wire in the liftmaster system, and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. He was extremely professional, suggested an upgrade but DID NOT use any aggressive sales tactics, and gave probably the fairest pricing for the service call. I promptly canceled my other appt and will be calling GDM for my needs in the future!
