We used This company right before the snowstorm on the 23rd and I was out of State working and the technician that came out had no idea what he Was doing and instead of trying to correctly diagnose what was going on he wanted to suggestive sell Parts to my wife, the torsion spring above the door, a new Garage door opener and a new door. Had broken springs on my garage door over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning and it was fixed by 3pm. Josh and John came out and were friendly, professional, and up front about the price. Josh was training John, and I liked how Josh let John take the lead and only directed him when necessary. He let him learn by doing. Great way to train. Very pleased with the service and the quality of work.
