I needed to replace the garage door and these pros made it very easy to find the exact door I wanted at a very fair price. The salesman notified me when my door would arrive in advance so that it could be installed at my earliest convenience. The installers did a spectacular job, and I couldn't be happier with my new door. I highly recommend their service and I wont hesitate to work with them again!!

They were fantastic! Quick responses, very communicative. They came the same day to replace a broken spring. Michael was our tech and he gave great service, was friendly with my kids, and did an evaluation on the rest of our garage door and noticed 2 cables nearly rusted through. My garage door was damaged. I contacted Garage Door Repairs Grayslake. They sent someone who inspected it. They said it would cost a few thousand to fix and said they have the parts. They can replace the damaged panels if I make a 50% advance payment, which I did. then they showed up with the wrong panels that don't fit the garage. they said they don't have the parts and it would be 4-5 weeks wait time. at that point I requested a refund, as they have not delivered on their promise. They said I should get a refund within 10 days. It has been 22 days since then, and they have yet to give me the refund. These guys are legit. Their technician came out within 30 minutes to replace a broken spring. I called a few companies and they were competitively priced. He replaced springs, lubed everything and even programmed a remote for our third garage door which wasn’t the garage door that the springs were replaced on. He gave me some garage door advice on how you can still manually open the door with one spring working and to never remove the bottom bracket. Thanks for a job well done.
