Garage Door Revolution

I called this company after another company had scammed me. The original company had grossly over charged me and left me with a brand new but in operable opener, my car and neither one of my remotes working. They worked while they were here but within a few hours did not. After spending all day online and in the phone making numerous calls to them with no results Garage Door Revolution was my last phone call of the day. The moment Contessa answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my story, answered my question and assured me that they could help me. Obviously, at this point I knew I could no longer trust the original company and they were not coming back to fix the problems. On today's date I again had service done to my garage door by D&D. Fortunately for me I got the same technician that showed up for my first service. The technicians name is Luigi. This time he came accompany by a technician named Matthew. I just want to point out that not only that they did an excellent job but the chemistry between them two was very professional with a touch of good humor. However, they always maintaining a level of serious responsibility on their task. It was very entertaining seeing them work and have fun at the same time. This for me means that they definitely love what they do. This was a reminder that when you love what you do for a living you really don't ever go to work. I want the company to know that if all your employees are as good as Luigi and Matthew consider

I had the springs on my garage door replaced on 2/2/26. Called that morning and was on the schedule for that afternoon. Their tech, Jamie, was very nice explained the procedure, gave me a price and was finished quickly. I highly recommend them.

I was extremely happy with the service that Jamie provided today. Jamie arrived on-time and he was able to replace my garage door springs and perform a thorough inspection of the garage door components. I would definitely recommend calling Garage Door Revolution when you need to have your garage door serviced. I also want to mention that I was extremely happy with the customer service that Contessa provided when setting up the appointment. We recently got a new garage door from Garage Door Revolution. Jamie was our tech. I was impressed with him. He was polite, respectful, professional, fast and answered all my questions and concerns. When he got to our house. he knocked on my door, when opening it, he reached his hand out to shake mine and introduced himself to me. Very refreshing. Hands down by far the best company, best customer service, best technician, best quality, highly recommended.
