I needed my garage balanced, which required the correct torsion springs etc., along with the garage motor install. I was the watch YouTube diy type since I do have a mechanical background, but after I received the wrong/older style torsion springs and several attempts to replace them, I had to get the pros installed. If you don't know the dangers involved in this, do not risk it, give them a call. They had super quick response, I called the evening before and they were at my house the next morning, quickly installed the correct parts, the door seal, the remaining wind struts and the motor for a fraction of the time it would have taken me. Price was reasonable as well. Definitely worth reaching out to them -it will save you a lot of time and possible risk to injury.
