One of our torsion springs broke when my husband got home Friday but we didn't know until he had to leave Saturday. Forgetting that it was Saturday and the weekend, I called Garage Door Specialists. The woman on the phone was very friendly and I was shocked that they had availability the same day. Julian came to the rescue. I had a 2 hour arrival window and he got here at the very early side of it with notice that he was @ 30 minutes away. He was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He had my door repaired and operating within about 45 minutes of arriving. Thank you all so very much!

Justin was phenomenal. Explained all the options clearly, did not try to upsell me, and upgraded the system quickly and professionally. He then took the time to explain the system, install the app for us and teach us how to use it. Finally, he programmed both of our cars for us. Great guy, very professional and highly recommended!
