Garage Doors Plus

We had a terrific experience with Chris from Garage Doors Plus! Our 20+ year old Chamberlain electric door opener was working very sporadically. We called GDP and Chris came by the same day and diagnosed the issue as a problem with the old circuit board. He quoted us a very reasonable price to replace it, but after giving it some further thought, we decided to request a quote for a new system - a Chamberlain motor driving a quiet belt (rather than the old very noisy chain) to raise and lower the door. Again, Chris gave us a reasonable quote which we accepted, and Chris installed the new system in less than two hours. We love the system’s quiet operation, and Chris was a pleasure to deal with throughout the transaction!

Chris did an outstanding job fixing our garage door! My husband literally flagged him down on the side of the road after spotting his van—he could have easily kept driving, but instead, he came by as soon as he could. Chris quickly found the problem, sourced the parts, and got the job done efficiently. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and fun to chat with throughout the process.
