I chose this company based on their strong online reviews and a very detailed sales presentation by Julio Dominguez. Unfortunately, the execution and follow-up did not meet those expectations. At this point, the floor still does not look right, and communication throughout the process had been poor. Calls and emails went unanswered, and follow-through required repeated effort on my part. If you can live with a mediocre finish and inconsistent communication, this may be the company for you. As for me, I can only hope I will not need to file a warranty claim in the future because based on this experience, I can only imagine how difficult that process would be.

Man where do I start?! From the moment i first called this company I was greeted by some of the nicest customer service over the phone, then when Angelo showed up to give me my estimate it felt like we were family or long time friends! Not only did he show me endless photos and videos of the style I wanted but he basically taught me everything there is to know about doing epoxy flooring and the differences from flakes and metallics! I’ve had other people come out for quotes and every single one said I would have to leave the house and there will be so much dust all over and that was part of the job but not for Angelo! Garage Flooring Experts are wonderful!! The sales rep, James, was very knowledgeable, genuine, friendly, and quick to respond to emails/texts. The consultation with him was more memorable than anyone else who came over to work up a quote for me. James was not salesy when we took a few weeks to decide which company to hire; he gave us our space and let us decide on our own time, which was very much appreciated and one of the reasons he won our business! The floor installers were also a pleasure! The same friendly guys came over each of the 4 days of install. I would get a text The day before with a 2 hour time window on when they would arrive. The team at Garage Flooring Experts did an outstanding job on the garage and basement floors in our new home!! We selected a 1/4 chip floor for our garage that coordinated really well with the color of the siding on our home and the quality was excellent. We selected a metallic design for our basement which turned out incredible. They did a great job sealing the concrete floors and the quality of the application and attention to detail were outstanding. They provided us with many different options for design and color and shared ideas that aligned with the look we were going for. They are our "go to" flooring experts and we highly recommend them!!
