Garage Tec Automatic Gates & Garage Door Repair

I had a horrible experience with this company. They showed up hours late to the appointment without a single call or notice. When they finally arrived, they immediately tried to push me into buying brand new garage doors. They told me my door was “totaled,” but when I asked them to at least attempt a repair, they charged me hundreds of dollars for less than 2 minutes of work that made no difference at all. On top of that, they used high-pressure sales tactics to force me into making a decision on the spot. I did not buy a door from them because I found the entire process pushy, unhelpful, and downright dishonest. I walked away feeling completely taken advantage of. I absolutely do not recommend this company and can’t understand how they have so many good reviews. I had a different company

They sent Louise, a technician who is very knowledgeable about Liftmaster automatic gate. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and suggested a fix for it. He did a great job and I would use their service again. Thank you.
