Excellent service. We called because our garage door stopped working, and they answered very quickly. That same day, Victor came to our house and identified the problem. He explained what had happened and offered us several repair options, costs, and repair times, all very professional. Victor worked very quickly and did an excellent job. He also gave us maintenance recommendations to ensure the garage door continues to function properly. We were very satisfied with the service overall, the quality of the materials and the quality of the work.

Kevin came out and was very courteous and professional. Explained everything very well and was very informative. Daniel was one time and also very professional and helpful with installation and helping me set up our new opener. If we ever need another garage door opener, they will be our first call.

Our garage door broke, Victor from Garage Tec was able to do a consultation with us on the same day, he was very professional and provided different options for repair, with cost estimates and timelines for the repair, he was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons to each approach, he also explained why the garage door broke in the first place, and provided an option to prevent another future failure. The service was performed fast and it was quality work. We are very safisfied with the work, additionally he made recommendations for preventative care and maintenance to avoid future problems with our garage door, excellent service overall.

Wow. Dude shows up late and immediately wants to charge us $550 without explaining what he was going to do. Just that it was “complex”. When I said no he just wanted his service fee for $80 and 5 minutes. I never just throw people out. This company is not good. Avoid.

Called this morning with a broken garage door spring. They were out by 12:15 and fixed within 30 minutes. Would definitely use them again.
