I was looking for a reliable AC repair and installation company when I heard from someone in the business that a properly installed system should run smoothly without any major service problems. This caught my interest since I was already searching for someone to replace my old AC unit. I ended up getting estimates and opinions from four different companies. Scott from one of the companies recommended installing a heat pump combination unit and explained that I would qualify for a rebate on both the new unit and thermostats. The other companies had different views and prices, especially regarding the rebate. To clear things up, I contacted the rebate provider directly and found out that not every company is eligible for the rebate, which made sense after hearing all the different stories.

Jay and Bryan were extremely professional when they came out to help with our AC repair and installation. They put in a new furnace and air conditioning system, finishing the job faster than expected. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Levi gave us the estimate earlier and made sure we got the best value for our money. After the installation, Levi returned to help us with rebate paperwork, answered all our questions, and even showed us how to use the new wifi thermostat.
