If I could give negative stars I would. I am renting an apartment in Steamboat and the owners of the building are having these fools repairing the concreate footings and supports around the building. Everyday the three "workers" are outside my windows just sitting on buckets watching movies and talking really loudly on their phones for HOURS. A typical day: they get here 8:30 ish sit around outside my window and B.S. for a couple of hours, go to lunch for an hour and then maybe do an hour of work when they come back (very little has changed when I come back from work in the night). They are very unprofessional yelling on the phone calling people ugly names in Spanish and I don't even know why they choose to hang outside my apartment all morning/day since they have completed the little bit
