Great people in general! They just choose to play at times when their services are needed. maintenance requess aren't answered within a reasonable time and the general upkeep the house is terrible, poor living conditions. I would be mindful of the property and check the conditioning and contract before you rent from Mr. Garcia, but he's a good person in general. The office manager on the other hand could stand to be fired. 😊
I have a lease with GARCIA PROPERTIES and very pleased to be with them. All reported problems were taken care of in a timely manner. THANK YOU.. my lease is up next month. I would like to stay with them but my driveway is very steep. This is a problem.
Very pleasant and professional. I’ve lived in a rent house that Garcia owns. They are very promoted if anything needs to be addressed. Rent is reasonable .
Enjoyed renting from the Garcia's. Office lady wasn't great at the time i was there, but the great maintenance man made up for her!
