Oscar was the second tech out to service my refrigerator, not repairable , He was honest and was very happy with his service . Choice warranty took over a month to get him out here . Did not have access to refrigerator over a month .Not happy with them . And what I was given to purchase new one was a joke . Does not even cover 1/3 of purchase price . DO not purchase an Lg appliance.

Very prompt and professional. Had an issue with the fan not turning off on my HVAC unit. Gave him a call, came next day, found the issue and immediately resolved it and fixed it. Highly recommend.

Great service! I called because my washing machine was not working & giving me an error code that could be multiple things. He promptly returned my message & came out within a couple hours of me calling! Ended up being a very simple repair but only someone experienced would have known the problem with a loose screw. While it was a bit costly for the actual issue, he was honest, communicated timing, was very knowledgeable & even followed up with me to make sure the issue was resolved. Worth every $$. I will not hesitate to call Garcia Bros for my future appliance repairs. I wish all businesses showed this level of work ethic.

I have an LG front loading washing machine. The main seal, driveshaft, and ball bearings had gone bad on it. I contacted every appliance repair service in town, not one single person would touch it. They all said no because it is an LG and they refuse to work on those. I contacted Garcia Bros, who came to my house to do the repair, from out of town. They are not technically local to me. (Thanks again!) Side note: I won't buy and LG appliance again.... Garcia Bros, I believe the gentleman who came to my house to do the repair is named Oscar, reluctantly agreed to do the service, he was able to order the correct parts, and did the job. I observed him working, and noted exactly how difficult it was, I previously thought he was embellishing the level of trouble this washing machine was going
