Starting from the customer assistance over the phone to customer service in person I'm surprised to say that they have probably the best service when it comes to making the customer happy. Every time I go in there to pick up some supply or if I had any type of questions. Concerning with the situation I was work on they've always been able to come up with the solution usually before I even get the chance to finish my sentence. They take professional and customer care to another level. Also they have affordable pricing on a lot of parts and supplies. Thanks for being my go to store when it comes to AC/DC refrigeration makes my job a lot easier

One of those gem that you wish you discovered decade's ago. Amazing customer service. They really go the extra mile to help you find the HVAC parts you need even if it's a $20 part. They follow up and actually do what they say they would.

Awesome customer service. Staff was knowledgeable & helpful with my issue. Offered solutions to my problem over the phone so I wouldn't have to buy something unnecessarily. In the end I bought the part & was able to fix my furnace. Will definitely come back for future needs.

I have been to this store several times for my HVAC supplies. The prices are pretty competitive and I really their service. The people working there are knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right items for my needs. I was about to purchases a Lennox system and they told me it is a great system but the repairs are significantly more expensive because of the replacement parts. After some more research, I opted for another brand that is lower in upkeep costs. You should definitely check them out.

Guys were great to deal with. I dont know about a/c but with pictures and unit model number they got me what I needed. Also they are in the building to the right of the big blue striped building from pin drop
