Arrived in a timely fashion. Install took about five hours. Will return when the weather gets warmer to start it running. Love that they laid down drop cloths. Had a little difficulty with setting the thermostat. Will try again tomorrow. Price was right! UPDATE: 3/5/26 Was visited by Garden State today to add the freon so the unit will be ready for use. They were prompt, kind and did what they had to do in a timely fashion. This entire process was FANTASTIC! I will highly recommend! (A special 'Thank You' to Jay and Cole for their professional demeanor and especially the love they had for my puppy - who adored them)! I am ready for the summer heat! Bring It On!

I am so pleased with Garden State from the begining. They walk me through everything step by step. Answered all my questions. They helped me financing part as well. Each person from the installers, to the gentleman who did estimate. Everyone was polite, informative and professional. I personally thought that the pricing was the best that I have seen. My wife and I have been looking to do this for the past year. By far this was the best pricing and the right choice for us

Cole and Javier from Garden State Air Conditioning and Heating just finished charging my new AC condenser, which was installed about two weeks ago. They were prompt and efficient, finishing the work in a very timely manner. Furthermore, they took the time to go over the work with me and explain everything I needed to know in simple, easy-to-understand terms. They were pleasant and considerate of my time and property. This is typical of Garden State. The company installed a new HVAC system for me about 13 years ago and I have been dealing with them ever since. They have always been very attentive to whatever needs I've had. There have been some issues along the way, as there always are, but they have always responded promptly to my calls for service and have resolved the issues immed

From Casey who met me at a Bar in Brick, listened to me complain about 2 other HVAC companies, explained why Garden State is different and gave me his card, thanks. Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of having my furnace stop working several days ago while I was away. I called and Isabelle was amazing, listened, and sent Jay out right away. Jay was very professional and could have fixed the issue but gave me options as my unit was 12 years old. I opted to get a new unit and was short on time. He was able to have Brendon come in a couple hours, we picked a unit and set it up to be delivered and installed the next morning with some juggling. I regret having to leave such a low rating, but I believe it is important to highlight the issues I experienced with the booking process. I scheduled an appointment online through Instagram and received a confirmation text with the correct date and time. When no one arrived, I called the company, and the representative who answered seemed just as confused as I was. After I provided my name, she correctly stated my address, then informed me that my location was actually outside of their service area for estimates and added that this was not the first call of this nature they had received. This was both frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly recommend investing in a more accurate booking or AI system to ensure customers are matched with the correct business and service area.
