Had an issue with our garage door and they were able to fix it quickly and professionally. The technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and explained what needed to be done before making the repair. Everything is working smoothly again and the door operates like it should. If I could give a zero stars I would. I purchased a custom color garage door in July, 2022 for over $2,000. I chose this company over other companies, due to the fact he said warranty and close to home. Well fast forward to November 2025, start having a problem with the garage not closing right before Thanksgiving, give them a call. Told I would have to wait until today Monday, December 1, 2025 and not to use the garage until they came. I was upset, had company coming, what was I going to do. They came today charged me a service fee of $89.00 to repair the Liftmaster and get the garage door working, but when the problem happened with the my liftmaster it damaged the bottom of my door.
