Working with Matt (project manager) to execute a modern james hardie siding (board and batten) was the best choice we made. Timely execution for the siding work. Clean lines. One area he will have the crew come to make symmetrical. Otherwise, we are extremely happy to have had this project done in about 3 weeks time. The crew led with Lou worked 6 days a week- showing up promptly at 7am every day and wrapped up at 6-6:30pm. I am impressed with the dedication and expertise. The work is perfected and done with taste. One down side of this project was optional masonry we decide to upgrade. The masonry that was referred to us by Matt was named Pedro and we didn’t like his workers execution and lack of expertise. They are subcontractors that I hope G.S. doesn’t use again. I had a wonderful experience working with Josh and his team on our recent residing project — from defining the scope to making product recommendations, patiently and competitively creating a quote that fit within my budget, and ultimately the work itself… it was all a 10/10 experience. He guided us through the entire siding replacement process, was incredibly patient with all our questions, and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Excellent experience with replacing stucco siding w vinyl - and roof replacement. See before and after pictures below. Josh and his crew recently replaced our roof and installed new siding and gutters for our 1920s Colonial. Josh was an exceptional communicator, followed through on everything he said he’d do, and the quality of the work performed has exceeded all of our expectations. We were initially skeptical of replacing our stucco siding and had three other companies come out to submit bids. Garden State submitted a very strong bid, not the least expensive but not the most pricey either - but they had prior experience with covering stucco w wide plank siding and that’s what got them the job.
