Our septic backed up on a snow covered winter day. Your worst nightmare. I called Garden Valley Septic and was told their owner, Ed was scheduled on jobs all day, but I could call him. Ed took time on three phone calls to walk me through clearing my plugged tank inlet and getting my system working again until I can get my tank pumped. Very knowledgeable and caring service. I look forward to working with them in the future. Hopefully under better circumstances.
