Well I maked a mistake arriving 30 minutes late at my appointment, that is caused 5 hour wasting time here ,of course next time I'll ⏲️be on time ,so please trying ur best at appointment or u gonna spend ur ⏰ here .

Had an appointment, got me into a door and loaded within 2 hours. Good check in process and parking across the street, just follow the instructions. Docks are easy to back into, plenty of room.

They are by appt only. My delivery was at a warehouse at 3601 E Columbus Dr. Looks like empty building. No overnight parking. Unloading person is coming to the place to unload you at your exact appt time and unlock a gate for you. Got there 4 hours before my appt time. Not even a chance to get unloaded earlier.

they are very lazy app time 12:00 pm showup 10:30 now 3:30 pm unloaded yet avoid this werehause

Took about 10 minutes to check in and get a dock assignment which is all done via text message. You pull into the dirt lot across the street and stage there for your dock door. It took about 30 minutes to get a partial load, about half of the trailer.
