Robert Gardner is a man of integrity! We purchased engineered wood flooring for all our bedrooms. After preping and leveling the floors and putting down the first 2 bedrooms, the top coat of the flooring was delaminated. Turns out another customer had the same issue. Meredith, helped solve this issue with helping us get replacement flooring, and recoving the costs for the demo and laying the new floors. They look beautiful, but the key here was Meredith, a true professional!

Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe our feelings. We had most of our house done in LVP from Gardner's. From the salesman to installers, eveyone we came in contact with was very nice. When the salesman came out to measure, he brought out a few pieces of the vinyl plank that we selected in the store. We were excited to get something that was very close in color to what we already had in the living room and hall. The problem is that those three pieces represented just a tiny portion of the finished product. Most of the floor is extremely dark, isn't our preference, and doesn't match our furnishings. We paid a considerable amount of money for floors that we'll have to hide with area rugs, but that won't help us in the kitchen. We don't know how to recommend someone avoid this problem i

Lori was amazing from start to finish on helping pick out Luxury Vinyl Plank and carpet that color coordinated & was within my budget! Very responsive & attentive. Highly recommend her to assist on all your flooring needs!

The sales staff were very helpful. Had a no cost in house visit. The installer was great. The one recommendation is to change your furnace filter after the install. I change mine regularly and these were the dirtiest I have ever seen. My install was yesterday so make sure you check them.

I would highly recommend Gardner! Our sales rep (Meredith) was great! Easy to work with and even came twice to make sure everything was good. The installer did a fantastic job as well!
