There's always space and the early bird special is amazing. It cheaper to pay at the kiosk but isn't always working....gets really dirty before they clean it up

Don’t use this garage! I will admit the location is convenient but they’ve turned money hungry and implemented terrible price for time ratios. They’d charge for increments of 45 mins instead of going by the hour which is wonky. It’s not worth the head ache. Getting a hold of anyone is impossible and your attempts to email will not be returned. No workers on site the last three times I’ve parked there. Early in July I used it to do some work at the library. Of course I was focused and had my phone one DND so I didn’t get the notification that my parking was up. I did go back in to renew it and pay for more time. The next week I went back and used the garage again as I had no idea I made a mistake and was originally happy with the convenience. Whoever owns this garage, makes up stupid concepts of paying 5,7,10 it’s dumb. And then the worker has me walk all the way to Kroger since I thought it was 7 to get 3 more dollars…. Just for the machine to not even work cash wise! What a dumb inconvenience which took me an hour basically. If the whole downtown of Cincinnati didn’t charge to park I wouldn’t park here at all!

Horrible customer service. Worst in the city of Cincinnati. Was trying to pay my parking fee tonight and I was accused of theft? The "rep" said I was stealing when I just wanted to pay my fee and leave and had card/payment ready but was continuously berated for "not having money" accused me of "stealing" when I had a valid card on me.

Allpro has completely ruined this garage! The elevators are absolutely disgusting compared how they were when the city maintained it. And they arbitrarily DOUBLED the price of parking while making NO improvements whatsoever. They don't clean the stairwell at all, it's absolutely vile. If you are going to raise parking by double, which completely screws over majority of the people that park here (library staff who don't make enough to afford the 180 dollars it now costs to park here 5 days a week a month), then at least replace the elevators, replace the constantly broken pay machines, and Make the place not smell like piss. This was a great garage when the the City of Cincinnati owned it, Allpro has run it into the dump. When I can I prefer to park 8 blocks away by TQL stadium than
