DO NOT PARK HERE I REPEAT! ! They just installed a new camera security system that will charge you $45 dollars yes! For even being ONE MINUTE LATE back to your parking spot. That is INSANE received a ticket in the mail. It is a quick money grab, Save yourself the headache and park somewhere else !! They have lost my business Forever. Anyone else this happens to speak up, Don’t no let this greedy tactic continue.

Large, high tech garage. Digital sign at the entry tells you how many open spaces are left on each floor. Green or red lights over each space tell you if the space is free or not at a glance. Clean and safe. Great location. Steps away from restaurants, the broadwalk, a handball court, a small park, and the beach. Rates are $4 an hour weekends and $3 an hour weekdays. Open 24/7. Pay using your parkmobile phone app or the kiosk on each floor.

Great spot for parking.... The Hollywood cops are great... The tennis/squash wall area is great... but we came to the regular beach. Reasonable parking fees on weekdays....

It's a bit expensive .... $4 an hour. I remember when it use to be $1 an hour. Its usually super clean. As you walk out of the garage.... you find a beautiful fountain. Beautiful beach.... an Awesome place to rollerblade. Weekdays are the best. Photos taken by me. Love 💙

Very well maintained garage; very clean, parking spots are monitored by cameras and there is an electronic billboard right before the entrance that immediately and if any spots are available or if the garage is full. Usually gets full on weekend afternoons anyways. The only problem is that the hourly rate for parking is quite EXPENSIVE. I would not recommend going here if you're looking to save money. I remember the last time I payed, $4 gave me an hour of parking time.
