Garland Avenue Parking Garage

Really nice and clean parking deck. Beautiful views of the U of A campus from the upper levels. We’ve used the deck a few times. On the first visit, I found the auto-attendant a bit less than intuitive, but finally figured it out. Close proximity to the bookstore and student union. Never had a problem finding an empty spot, but all our visits have been when school was out of session.

I love this garage. I took off a star because there's a weird light lane change where nothing aligns. Fayetteville has some crazy roads near the U of A. However the garage has great parking, I recommend downloading the mobile app to pay to park because it will save you time. This garage is right beside the university bookstore which is nice.

I appreciate the upgrade entrance to the university of arkansas bookstore from several levels of the parking garage.

Clean and safe location to park connected to the bookstore.

It can get a bit crowded and chaotic at times, but it’s really a great garage and a great location. There’s an entrance right into Garland Avenue, which makes it really convenient to access different shops and campus resources. Also free 45 minute parking if you’re going to one of the shops on Garland, which is great. Those spots fill up quickly, however. With the construction, this is probably the best spot to go.
