Garland Insulating

We could not be more pleased with our experience with the work performed by Garland Insulating. They did phase one of our barndominium so we called them for phase two. Their pricing was fair considering we live far off the beaten path. There were a few issues that came up on phase two and all were corrected in a timely manner with a more than fair financial compensation applied to us. In today's building market, a company that stands behind their product with exceptional customer service is a company I want others to know they can trust. Thank you to all the staff members who made us feel like valued customers.

We are very comfortable and satisfied after the insulation installation in our new construction house by Garland Insulating from Austin TX. The office staff were friendly and customer service oriented. The installation workers were thorough and paid attention to detail. The operations manager Jonathan and our salesman Bruce inspected our house before and during the installation to make sure the job was being done properly and according to code. We are thankful to our Garland salesman Bruce for proposing a somewhat high-end insulation design that was still cost-effective.Over a period of more than a year during the planning and framing of our house, Bruce always quickly responded to phone calls and questions with knowledge and professionalism. This company damaged a drain line in the attic and promised to make good on my repair cost. Then they refused to return my calls. I found out that they had told Lowe's that it was my fault. Not only incompetent/careless, but lying on top of it all? Don't use 'em in San Antonio. (P.S. The only reason they got in touch with me was AFTER I posted this review to ask me if I would consider taking it down.
