In 2016, We brought a mesh pool safety cover from Garrett at the recommendations of our pool installer because he said the mesh cover is better than the our old solid cover that we had for over 10 years with no issues with holes. every year since we using the Garrett Pool cover we found holes all around it, the first year they repaired the cover for free then after they say the hole is caused by squirrels and the warranty doesn’t cover it, we went back and forth. After the first year we been paying an average of $550 to repair, this year they said I have to go back to my original pool installer and have them bring it in, and when I said i was no longer using them since they sold us this cover, they said they are too busy to fix it and I would have to wait till November to see if they woul

These people act and treat their customers like family! Tell me where else you can find that in 2023! As long as they are in business and I am as well I will only be purchasing supplies from them! Their products are high quality, delivered in timely fashion and even have the ability to address problems quickly it they so happen to arise. Great job Garrett staff!

I purchased a house with a pool and inherited an old and damaged cover that needed a replacement. The label on the cover says Garrett Covers and it has a sereal #. I called them and I was told that they have all the necessary information , they have all the sizes and everything , but they have a policy not to deal with a customer rather only with a pool service company. The company that was used by the previous owner refuse to deal with me because I maintain my pool by myself. I will order the new cover from someone else.

Bought a liner from them through a local pool store. It with a hole from from the first day (patched it myself) Then the liner wrinkled up permanently. After 2 seasons the liner came apart at the seam. They refused to repair it. Unfortunately they don't stand behind their warranty. Not worth the paper it's written on.😬😡
