Ryan explained to my dad and I how to work the pump on our new pool and how to test the water. It was very easy to follow along and he also helped us set up the apps that will manage our system. We look forward to working with him again in the future. Excellent customer service!

The only Gary Pools employee who actually cares about my pool! I couldn't be happier. Finally! In 11 years I've gotten the worst of the worst. They all talked bad about Gary Pools to my face. Quinn loves his job. Quinn is THE BEST! Give that man a raise!!!!!

Ryan M. did a great job this afternoon. He was very professional and was able to solve two pool issues (two separate, small, above ground leaks with old equipment). I will definitely call Gary Pools again for repairs in the future and would recommend them to friends.

This review is strictly for the weekly pool service Honestly very mediocre pool service. I had three free months with them, every time I checked the pool after their service, 24 hours later and it was out of tolerance. Never once cleaned the pool pump filter, 8 out of 12 times they actually scrubbed the pool (have a camera), and rarely did they add chemicals. Their website says they’ll clean every week, but I have to scrub after their visit and empty the pump filter (not the skimmer). I’ve attached pictures of their pool reports even showing that they don’t do what they say they will. One time, they said my pool salinity was over 5k and didn’t do anything other than say “safe to swim”. Im proactive about learning to care for my pool.
