I had a leak going into my furnace. Gary Ricks Services, from the time I got a call after requesting an appointment to the time I was saying goodbye and thanking my technician was just amazing! Their phone staff was just amazing, so reassuring and on top of it. My technician, Shawn, was so knowledgeable and patient. He assessed and tested until he was confident in diagnosing where my leak was coming from, made the repair so that he was certain it was done right. Shawn also took the time to explain everything to me. He truly is passionate about what he does and providing customers with top notch service. No corners cut, he was so thorough. Gary, Ricks did an amazing job helping me when my furnace went out and I had to get a new one. Gary gave me a really good price. I really appreciate Shawn Doing the testing to find out what was wrong and Michael and John That did the install they did an awesome job!

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and my family and I woke up freezing. I immediately called Gary Rick’s before opening hours and left a message on the phone and through their website service explaining the severity of the situation. I just needed my furnace fixed as soon as possible. To get an appointment, at best, it appeared I may have to wait the next day to get a technician out there. I had to be at work and I was feeling awful for my family. Feeling cold is no fun! This was not an option for me. Fortunately for me within 30 minutes I got scheduled soon after and within an hour Gary Rick’s service sent Michael to come out and help us out with our furnace issue. Had Shawn out again to fix our Humidistat. Literally came out the next day, on time too! Shawn is the best, super friendly and was able to fix our humidifier within minutes! Thanks for the fix Gary Ricks!
