They came out to look at our boiler and water heater. Andrew was great and answered all my questions over the phone with me, eventhough my husband was with them. He was honest and gave us different options and wasn't pushy. They are coming next week or so to replace amd install what is needed. He also brought us an electric heater to borrow to keep heat in the house. 10/10 Definitely would recommend Gary and Sons! Update.. while they are more pricey, the quality is amazing. They explained everything to us and we can get ahold of them if needed. We will definitely use them from now on!

Professional, knowledgeable, organized and pleasant crew. Jim Adams, Jonathan Bowser and Jesse Miller were terrific. Two mini splits installed in one day. Everything was cleaned up,” neat and tidy.

Troy, the technician was courteous and expeditious. He explained everything he was doing. The price was reasonable for the work and I was very happy and pleased with the results.

I cannot say enough how wonderful Gary and Sons is. They are over the top friendly, affordable, but most of all honest. We have had them service our heater and we could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them.
