Gary's 5-Star Fence

Having worked with Gary's Five Star Fence multiple times now, we appreciate the continued support and quality service we've received! Gary and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and truly solution seekers. Most recently, they repaired and replaced a sagging gate and a damaged portion of our 25 year old vinyl fence after our neighbor's cottonwood tree fell and demolished it in a wind storm. Not an easy job, but they accepted the challenge, completed the work efficiently, and delivered high quality results, all at a fair price. We appreciate Kim's proactive communication and timely responses throughout the process. Truly, a top-notch company . . . we will never use anyone else!

If all you want is a fence, then yes—this company can put one up. But if you value communication, timelines, follow-through, or attention to detail, this is absolutely not the company for you. Communication was nearly nonexistent. Getting updates or responses felt like pulling teeth, and the project dragged on far longer than it ever should have. When the fence was finally installed, the details were sloppy and unfinished—old posts not fully removed, visible gaps under the fence, and a general lack of care that shows they just wanted the job done, not done right. This is not a “high standards” issue—this is basic workmanship and customer service. If you expect a fence installed properly, promptly, and with the small but important details handled, look elsewhere. I do not recommend this

My ramshackle gate needed replacing. It was splintering and falling off the hinges. Gary and his crew came out today and removed/replaced it in just a few hours. The guys were professional and very courteous. They took the time to answer questions about other issues on my property. I am planning to call Gary's 5-Star Fence again in the near future for additional jobs. Very pleased. (See before and after photos.)

I couldn't say enough positive things about Gary and his crew. Everyone was very nice, and the project was completed exactly as asked for and on budget. Literally, the only thing you want when you call someone for a fence project.

Beyond impressed with the work and speed of the custom fencing construction provided! No other fencing company was able to get me in a timely manner. They went above and beyond, perfectly matching the fence to my neighbors. This was a priority due to my HOA harassing me to get a fence up! Within a few days of coordination and a single day of installation, bam! A fence. Family-owned, good people who actually care. Support local businesses!
