Gary's Cleaning

RUN !!Horrible inadequate job after my dad’s house fire. He literally had to hire another company to come in after them. Did not log a bunch of items that they just lost out on and had the nerve to send an outrageous bill that didn’t truly reflect there time/work. Literally committing insurance fraud. Luckily they documented the horrible job and have proof of all the shotty work. NIGHTMARE of a company they will probly have to go to court to deal with.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I am very disappointed in this place of business. I picked up my 5'X7' area rug that Gary's had for 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure it's ruined, there is brown residue all over it and it doesn't look any more clean than when I took it into them. I took it there because I wanted it professionally cleaned, but it looks like I could have cleaned it better myself than what they did. I won't be choosing their business for any of my household needs again.

The owner came to my apartment to do an estimate. It was a little high but I was referred to the company by my previous house cleaning gal. She had said "he has good people" so she was referring to Gary. Gary is no longer the owner. The first cleaning, a "deep cleaning", left my apartment smelling like toxic chemicals and the range hood destroyed from the product they used. The paint was completely wiped off. I was promptly reimbursed for having it replaced so I decided to give them a second chance and asked for natural products. They were over an hour late, 3 people cleaning a 2 bedroom apartment was ridiculous, they were literally bumping into each other. Choosing Gary’s was the huge mistake. $1400 charge for water extraction and drying carpet. You can do this on your own for under $75 from Home Depot. Rude at ever turn with the exception of Jessica, she is nice. Run away from this company and thank me later.

We had just bought our home and needed carpets cleaned before we got our stuff. I called Gary’s cleaning and they came in right away and cleaned our carpets! They did a fantastic job. We will be using them again.
