Had a great experience with them. Brought a commercial ventless double oven for the first time in my new store. Alyson was amazing. Step by step she guide me to make sure this was a smooth process. Ryan and Diego came in and installed my oven. They were professional and gave me a basic training on how the vent and oven works. Great customer service and knowledgeable . I will definitely use them again!

I set-up the repair call effortlessly with Christina in the office. Andrew came out, identified the problem with our older gas oven, replaced the thermocouple, adjusted gas flow to the pilot and recalibrated the ovens so the the temperature setting on the knob matched that of the box; all within an hour. Fantastic.

Could not be happier. From the get go, communication was fantastic. I had quite a few hitches on my end and they were patient and responsive. On the day of the job Andy & Frank were great! They were very professional and personable. Took their time and explained any questions we had. Thorough and friendly! Highly recommend them.

I had high hopes when I chose this company to service my residential coffee machine because they were local, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. They had my unit for a month and returned it with the issue supposedly “resolved.” However, when I brought it home and turned it on that same night, I realized the machine still wasn’t heating. I opened the side panel and discovered the heating element had been left unplugged. After plugging it in myself, the machine immediately began tripping again—the exact issue I originally brought it in for. I then took it to a different service provider, who diagnosed a bad ground within an hour—something that should have been identified and properly repaired the first time. In my opinion, they misrepresented the status of the repair,

We had an emergency with our Blodgett convection oven not working on a really busy morning. We found Gary's through a web search and, although all of their techs were scheduled and busy for the day, they recognized our immediate need and found someone to come out. Within the hour. Who does that?! He came out quickly, amazingly HAD had the part in his van, and charged a quite fair price for the part, labor and emergency call, and quite literally got us running in 20 minutes. I cannot thank Gary's enough for everything - from the initial phone call (she was so patient and knowledgeable) to the follow up call, to the service, to the job completion. Next time we have an issue we know who to call!!
