He came out right away and did a thorough inspection of my furnace and was able to fix the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and offered payment plans and options that work with my budget. I’m beyond grateful for his speediness and excellent customer service as we brace for this bitterly cold weekend.

Both he and Parker were awesome. Very knowledgeable and did not rush the installation. They made sure everything was working well and clean up the area spotless.

Today, Dustin did a free air conditioner and heater inspection today and opened two air vents in the living room and kitchen. My home feels warmer now. He did an excellent job and is always friendly and helpful. Thanks so much, Dustin!

Called Gary's and was able to get a last min appointment that day. Told them I was kind of in a bind over time and they got someone out 3 hours early! Got the issue assessed, part, and replaced in about an hour! Terrific service and they are very responsive and kept me up to date at ever turn! Definitely recommend!

Great communication with Gary’s from appointment making, reminders, and service delivery! Aries showed up on time after receiving a call from dispatch that he was en route.
