Super satisfied with my tree removal by Gaston’s. They came out Tuesday and Wednesday of Thanksgiving week and did an excellent job on a complex removal. Took down 3 large oaks in 1.5 days w/ stump removal. Crew were all friendly and professional. In doing so they clearly had a company culture where everyone on the job got along and truly loved what they did. One of the guys was younger and probably new to the company and the foreman treated him with kindness while maintaining safety at the job site. All around great crew and company that clearly takes pride in their quality of work.

Gaston Tree Service was recommended to me by a friend who had recently used them. She made sure that they were bonded and insured and was pleased by their work. I called for an estimate and Paul showed up that same morning. I quickly showed him the six trees that I needed removed as well as a large water oak limb that threatened my power pole. All of the trees were very close to several of my outbuildings. As soon as I finished he gave me an estimate. The crew arrived the next morning and did an outstanding job. All of them were courteous and respectful. It was easy to see that they were experienced and trained to work safely. None of my buildings were damaged and they cleaned up all of the fallen debris. I would hire them again I can highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Hands down the best tree service in Gainesville. If I could give Wellie and his crew more than 5 stars I would. I called Gaston’s on a Friday at 11:30 in the morning with what knew to be an emergency situation with the top of a 90 foot, multi-stemmed pine tree broken off and dangling over the roof line of my house. Wellie showed up in under 30 minutes and not 15 minutes later there was a massive crane parked in my driveway. Shortly after than there was a small army from Gaston’s standing in my front yard ready to remove this tree. Wellie’s crew was amazingly efficient and had this massive, multi-stemmed (and unfortunately dead) pine tree down and cleaned up in just over 2 hours. The Gaston crew was professional and did a complete job of removing a tree in my yard. It was a team effort of trained professionals working together. They went to great lengths to ensure the job was complete and the area was cleaned afterwards.
