Gate Doctors

We have used Gate Doctors for years now. They had taken over repair of our old gate after we parted ways with our previous service company. When we needed a new unit, we went straight to them based on our previous great experiences. Today we needed an annual inspection along with a few minor adjustments. The appointment was easy to set and two days after the call, they were here within the appointment window to take of the service and issues. Our tech Mike Ivy was great to work with. Explained what he was doing, offered helpful tips, and was very proficient from start to finish. We had also gotten a new car a few months earlier and could not program the opener to the car. Mike was also able to take care of this. Awesome job by Gate Doctors, would never use anyone else!

My after hours phone message service request resulted in an appointment for next business day. Technician Mike Ivy arrived on time and made the necessary repairs quickly. Mike was efficient, very knowledgeable, cordial and kept me informed of his prognosis and progress. I'd recommend Gate Doctors.

From discussing options for repair or a new install to the install itself they were knowledgeable, prompt with excellent texting to keep me informed about arrivals, and friendly as the team did an excellent install and coached me on how to program and operate the gate. There was an issue from a previous visit from Gate Doctors. They admitted it, fixed it and then didn't charge me. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. They show up on time, are quick to schedule the visit and all the employees are customer driven. I've used them for years, and will always recommend them.
