Very impressed with Customer Service. Ordered 2 Liftmaster Garage door opener Keypads. 1st off the price was very reasonable. 2nd - free shipping was very nice. Arrived quickly. I ordered brand name keypads specifically for the one touch close feature. On one of the keypads received, the one touch close feature was not working. I called and spoke with Arthur. He first tried to help fix the issue. When unable to fix, he deemed it defective and immediately had a another new one sent to me along with a return label to ship back the defective one. The replacement keypad was received quickly and one touch close feature works on the new one. The immediate resolution was VERY easy and did NOT cost me additional money. Great company to order Lift Master parts. All are OEM, well packaged with free USPS mailing. All parts come with detailed and easy to follow instructions on installation. Any DYIer will save $$$ doing repairs yourself versus hiring a service company.

My experience is a zero. Service is non-existent. Apparently, I am the only person to have ever ordered from them with a shipping address different than billing. Owning multiple houses overwhelmed them, and they failed ship a garage door opener choosing instead to cancel the order. Recommend avoiding them.

When our gate controller died it was a major first world problem for us. After confirming there was no local option, I got online to search for options to get the best combination of price plus rapid delivery. I called before ordering online just to make sure if I paid overnight freight I'd have it the next day. Customer service was great and the price was the best anywhere. Next day we were operational again.
