Gate Repair San Fernando

Made an appointment with this company and they failed to show during the allotted time. After calling them, they failed to apologize for their mistake or giving me an explanation why they failed to show. I did a call back afterwards. The person did apologize and we agreed on a call back about a hour later to give me a time when they would be over. After waiting almost 2 hours I had to make an appointment with another company.

Our office building had custom gates installed many years ago. They broke recently and I have to say Gate Repair San Fernando impressed me with their work. Many clients compliment our gates and having them broken doesn’t make for a good first impression. We called Gate Repair San Fernando who was able to send someone out the next morning to fix the gate motor. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and help us understand. Keep up the amazing work guys. I’d absolutely recommend to others.

The customer service suck's. I called and made an appointment they never showed up and when I called they said some one will call me back 30 minutes later I had to call back then finally had tech guy text after 3 hours after my appointment and said it would take a hour so I waited and he never came I had to reach out and asked. Even text back said sorry got stuck o. Another job wasted my time and day . And when I said I would use them because of the last of poor customer service . His response was even better. Why would any use these services when they don’t even keep there word
