We had Gate Tech out today to troubleshoot our community entrance keyboard. Gate Tech responded quickly by sending a tech and Austin the individual they sent quickly resolved the issue. He was very professional and communicated in detail the issue he found and his recommendations to solution. For our HOA it’s nice to know that if we have a problem there is a Company we can call that will quickly diagnose and repair our gate. Today’s experience just reinforced previous positive experiences I have had with two of their other techs Nathan and Eric. These gentleman are top notch also.

Gate Tech has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was poor from the start, follow-ups were slow or nonexistent, and getting clear answers felt like pulling teeth. When issues came up, there was no urgency, accountability, or effort to resolve them in a timely or professional manner. For a company that provides a service people rely on, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend Gate Tech to anyone looking for reliable service or customer support. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Austen from Gate Tech Inc. came out today and worked on my gate that I had stopped using for over a year. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He let me know what it was going to cost if he had to replace different components. Then he started working on it and got it working for a lot less than I thought it would be. And it now works great.

Please do not use this company Gate Tech Inc . I initially contacted them to fix my gate that wasn’t working. Gate Tech Inc sent a Tech to fix the gate. The gate wasn’t working properly on initial service that they came out I wasn’t able to get out of my yard because the gate wouldn’t open within a week later the gate stopped working. I contacted their office, letting them know the issues that I had I was told someone was gonna come out, but no one came out. I have invested Thousands of dollars with companies trying to fix. I’m unable to go in and out of my yard I’m having to cross over my neighbor’s yard to get in and out of my gate. I have tried to resolve the issue with the company. All I was told was they was gonna come out rip out the parts that they put in which is not working and

We are so glad to have discovered GATE TECH, INC. after our Viking opener stopped working. The company that installed our gate/opener years ago wouldn't call us back! Eric McLaughlin, Service Manager, came earlier than we thought and within 30 minutes our gate was fixed, adjusted, and works perfectly! GATE TECH, INC. is our "go to" company now.
