Hi, I am a property manager and happy to say that I have used Gateman for quite some time in different properties over the past years. However, I had an installation done and Cristian was the very helpful and answered every question I had in reference to the install. Very happy that he was patient and explained everything I needed to know. I would ask for him in the future if we need our software serviced. Very pleased & great customer service.

We wanted to give work to a local business but this company proved to be the worst and most unreliable gate repair vendor. Misdiagnosed, always days late, rescheduled without notice, and left equipment in worst condition than found. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I am writing this review based off my recent experiences as an assistant community manager here in Houston. There have been a lot of positive changes and increased response time over the past year. Gateman has become extremely response and usually able to send someone out within 24-48 hours. They are great about getting you a bid promptly and scheduling emergency repairs as soon as possible. Lots of the guys are willing to give you their personal number to help with trouble shooting over the phone, which is greatly appreciated!
