Updated July 2024 I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the customer service I have received, from Gateway. Eva was kind and helpful in getting my evaporative cooler fixed, by scheduling an appointment as soon as possible. Ernie was the technician. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them. He has great skills and answered all my questions. They both should be commended.I have used their services before, and they have used common sense and great customer service. 2018 Geronimo helped be get the correct items I needed. He was very helpful and efficient.

I wanted to share how impressed I was with Gateway Air Conditioning. We had another company try to sell us an inferior unit which we didn't need. Gateway came out, identified a clog and water in the system, and fixed it in about an hour. They were professional, charming, and polite. I highly recommend them and am very grateful for saving us from spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily. I will be using them from now on in the future.
