When it became clear that we needed a new AC unit about 5 years ago, Gateway installed a new American Standard unit as a good price. After 4 years, it developed a problem. I called Gateway and they recognized the symptoms as a factory defect and they came the next morning and replaced the defective part at no charge. They are now my company of choice for all AC work.
