I wish I could give them a 0. They don’t even deserve 1 star. We built with them 2 years ago and moved in 11/2023. Closing was 6 weeks late. Multiple problems upon moving in that were barely, if even corrected. Now 2 years later, we still find things every day that should not be happening. I’m writing this post now because my husband is redoing our bathroom due to finding mold around the shower head. Upon taking off the trim around the bathroom door, he found where they pounded the sheetrock with a hammer to get it to sit flush. Our floor is also separating in multiple spots, and I would agree a small amount could be due to the house settling but my parents also built 2 years ago (with Wittstock) and have no such issue. To make things worse, the guy they have come out for repairs is a hack

Would never use these guys again. Hard to contact and unresponsive. Closed 6 weeks ago with a punch list to be finished in 30 days. Have electrical issues where our smoke detectors go off randomly, issues with stove and refrigerator. Waiting for a cement slab to be poured to makeup for the square footage we were shorted in our garage.

Do not build with this company. House was late to closing, tried adding additional charges prior to closing saying that there was a verbal agreement. We've had several workmanship issues with flooring, cabinets, tile work, and that were never corrected and we were ghosted on. Closed on my house in the winter time and would have never signed the paperwork if I had known what kind of condition they left my lot in. They left me with a rough ungraded lot with construction materials left all over (chunks of concrete and asphalt wood, so many rocks throughout the yard that it was nearly unsuitable for growing grass). Give your money to someone else and avoid the regret and headaches.

Do not build with them. We built with them and regret it. They still have work to do to finish the house as well as redoing the driveway due to trying to skimp on the material and not following the agreed contract according. Our island counter is not bolted to the floor and almost fell on our infant. As well as a bunch of transitions on the flooring not complete and my son getting a nail to his foot. In admit damaged cabinets and wrong hardware, shower leaked first night into dinning room below, and the list goes on . Not to mention the absolute mess they left in our yard. They will con you into signing paperwork saying your bank needs it when in fact they need it and the bank doesn’t so they can get their final draw and leave you with unfinished work. Not respond to text calls and emails.

The house was six weeks late for closing. Several details were not finished and trying to deal with. This company to get them finished is impossible and aggravating at best. My advice is stay away from this company. And have somebody else build you a house. Terrible terrible customer service
